Overview
In the usual method, sheet-metal corners are cut and bent, then welded, ground and polished. That takes several operations and the corners never come out exactly alike.
The CFCM-30 cold-forms the corner in one continuous pressing operation instead. The result is a closed, rounded corner with no weld seam, and every piece has the same shape.
Two versions are available. On the CFCM-30 EH the dies are changed by hand when you switch radius or sheet thickness. On the CFCM-30 ES the die change is automatic.
